A bold and big-hearted red ale, made with a rich blend of crystal and roasted malts and four types of Kent hops. Hoppy, with notes of chocolate and caramel.

500ml bottle.
L: Clear, red amber colour with a smear of head but sheets of lacing.
S: Caramel and taffy.
T: Some red berries buried under bitter hops.
F: Medium body with a sharp mouthfeel and a dry finish.
O: Leafy, earthy hops completely dominate the malt. Much too bitter. More like an overdone Bitter than a Red Ale. What are the four Kent hops? Fuggle, Goldings
