I know why they went with monkey in the name: loads of banana.
This one kinda looking like beer mixed with milk, yellow but hazy. Head was rather short lived for something made with so much wheat. The nose was full of banana candy without room for much else besides some malted wheat. Banana nut bread up front and some minerally hops on the finish. In between there was some unimpressive husk and yeast trub flavor. Yum! By far my least favorite of the four beers I tried at their Baltimore location.
