Served without any head and only a few minute spots on the glass. Dark straw color and crystal clear.
Nearly devoid of smell, the flavor features a straight up bittering hop against a full bodied pale malt base. Not noteworthy but also not bad.

Tasty beer, but leaves one wishing for a bit more hop as the description on the menu in DC suggests it is loaded with Columbus and Centennial.

On tap at the brewpub in VA.
A good pale ale that has a bit more, or a bit darker, malt base than the average APA.
Plenty of earthy and citrusy hops.
