I had this beer on tap at the brewery in D.C. It poured an amber yellow and had a small white head that laced the pint glass.

The smell had obvious apricot aromas and a light hop and malt profile. The taste had a medium body with a hop fruitiness and tartness that faded into the aftertaste. The mouthfeel had a medium consistency and carbonation.

This was a novel flavor and was enjoyable. Atleast it wasn't too overwhelming. I would have another, but I certainly wouldn't spend all night drinking them.

Initially when I was presented this brew, it had very little head. However, lacing lasted until the very end of my pint. The body is caramel in color, and has a slight haze.

There is a large amount of hops fragrance, but you can also detect the hint of apricot.

The blend of apricots into this IPA is different, and doesn't taste too bad. A good combination. After each sip, the apricots dominate the flavor. Soon after, the hops take over for a bit of a spicy kick.

Hazy apricot. Minimal amount of bone white foam gathers at the edges. Clustered slow moving carbonation streams. Fresh apricot flesh, ripe and sweet. Starts with a slightly fruit sweet note before becoming fuller with flesh and pit tartness. The finish is a competition between the apricot pit and the citrus rind hop bite which drags on just a bit too long. There is some malt to round things out just a bit, and the apricot is nice up front, but this seems to be about the bite. Medium body with modest carbonation. This tastes like their Amber Waves with some apricots added. Not bad, but the finish seems a bit jumbled.
