Cap City's Belgian Dark pours beautifully to produce decent head, with a slight tan tint. The head does dissipate very quickly, but produces good lacing. The body of Belgian Dark is nearly opaque with deep reddish hues.
This brew didn't give off much fragrance, but the yeast and the malt is what dominates the aroma and the taste.
Not too bad of a Belgian style brew and is not overly dominated by hops like most of the beers available at Capitol City.
