Had on-tap at Capitol City Brewing Company located at H and 11th St, Washington DC.
A: A somewhat turbid white bordering on yellow with not much noticeable head.
S: Interesting smell of smoked meats (bacon?); generally a smokehouse flavor. I wasn't expecting this.
T: Light wheat malts with some pepper and other spices, rounded out with a good dose of coriander, yeast, banana, and some citrus zest.
M: Thin and crisp with decent carbonation.
D: Very typical of the witbier style, with not much to distinguish it from, say, a fresh Blue Moon.
