Beer is orange and mildly hazy with a thin off white head of small bubbles that leaves a little lacing on the glass, carbonation low.
Aroma is strongly centennial, mild fruits.
Beer is medium bodied and its a decent DIPA overall. Nothing too special here just an average, centennial forward IPA...then the brewer told us that they used a ton of citra in there...that sucks, apparently citra does not play well with other hops cause they were buried. oh well.

On tap at The Brickskeller on December 9, 2010. Brewed to celebrate their 2000th batch.
Pours an orangish copper color with a half-finger head that recedes really quickly and doesn't leave any lacing behind, just a bit of a light collar around the edges of the brew. The nose brings citrus and a bit of resin. The brewer told us this was Cascade and Citra, but I really couldn't pick out any of the latter at all.
The flavor brought a good deal of character, almost bordering on a fresh-hopped green taste. Also a bit of orange grapefruit plus some rind. Medium-bodied with a nice, dry finish, this was probably the best beer of this "holiday" event.
