Had at Boat Works in St. Clair Shores, Michigan... free because the keg blew. Go me!
One of those beers where the mouthfeel is what prevents it from being a great one. It looks decent, smells like a York Peppermint Patty and taste similar to that as well (maybe a bit too simple for its own good), but the feel is disappointing. Also, a bit more roasty flavor wouldn't hurt... this one almost tastes like mint water with a little bit of chocolate. That's not ALL bad, but it's probably the weakest mint stout I've had, or close to it. Still worth a look.
