Reviewed on 6/27/2010. On tap at the brewpub. The beer pours a clear light orange-yellow with a white head. Aroma of sweet fruit, jam, and sweet malt. Flavor again is sweet and jam-like. It actually is a little juice-like in flavor. Drinkable and alright.

Hazy copperish color with a medium dense white head. Smells spicy and floral. Flavor begins with a biscuity type base. Seems yeasty. Good amounts of citrus zest along with a bit of sweeter grainy malts. This is balanced by the spicy hop flavors. Finish is a bit floral with a touch of acidity. Hops really come out at the end. Really a smooth and easy drinking beer. Maybe not quite as hoppy as some might hope for but the hop strike at the end is very refreshing and the balance is enjoyable as well.

Tried this one on tap at the brewery. The appearance was similar to others of the style, a fizzy golden color with white head. The smell is a bit hoppy. Tastes spicy and hoppy, but could use a little more edge to it. Not a bad beer, but nothing great either. Mouthfeel and drinkability were nice, but I was just more impressed with their other beers.
