Look: Translucent amber gold with a moderate white head. Good activity. Good lacing.
Smell: Grassy hops. Lemon grass, gold molasses, pine, and marmalade. Also, a strange wet pavement note.
Taste: Grassy bitter centennial hops. Notes of lemon balm, grassy hops, bitter pine, lemon grass, nectarine, and thin cracker malt.
Feel: Medium body and heavy on the tongue. Bold bitterness. A alcohol warmth on the finish. Good carbonation. Dry finish.
Overall: Mediocre. The strange wet pavement note is off putting on the nose and past that lies an average double IPA.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 11/8/2016. Pours lightly hazy golden orange color with a 1 finger dense off white head with good retention that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of huge grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, apricot, mango, lemon/orange peel, pine, honey, lightly toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fantastic aromas with awesome complexity and balance of juicy citrus/pine hops, fruity yeast, and moderate pale malt sweetness; with great strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, apricot, mango, lemon/orange peel, pine, honey, lightly toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus peel bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, apricot, mango, lemon/orange peel, pine, honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/pine hops, fruity yeast, and moderate pale malt sweetness; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and medium-plus bodied; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/sticky, and lightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is well hidden with a mild warmth lingering after the finish. Overall this is an outstanding DIPA! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of juicy citrus/pine hops, fruity yeast, and moderate pale malt sweetness; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV. Very vibrant on hops, with a nice malt backbone that is never too sweet. A highly enjoyable offering.
