What a beautiful DIPA. Mahogonny with yellow/tan head not that large but has terrific retention.
Pine forest in a glass. Very fresh christmas tree aromas, earthy woodsy notes, loamy aspects. A beer I think Davey Crocket would prefer. Bold rich caramel malt accents as well.
What can I say. Very suprising thick creamy mouthfeel. Hints of floral, chewy, resiny hops, bold caramel malt. What grace and balance. Very complex. Maybe the best beer of my trip this weekend. Unbelievable. Great brewery, please bottle soon.
