Appearance: A dark amber color with a nice tight foam head
Smell: Smell was absolutely spot on. The smell was a great preview of was what to come. You could pick out the roasted grain but sweetness and alcohol aromas came through too.
Taste: Very good. One of my favorite beers of 2010
Mouthfeel: Smooth and sweet. Definitely finishes like a high gravity... by that I mean... high alcohol.
Drinkability: Oh yeah. if you haven't tasted it... get out there and do so.
