Appearance: a deeper yellow color. strong hazy. small white head that leaves a lacing
Smell: sour green apples. not much more complexity to it. but a nice tartness
Taste: sour green apples maybe a little of wheat or some backbone flavors but not much.
Mouthfeel: the wiezen part of the beer makes itself known. the sourness doesn't stick too much and it has a lighter wheaty feel to it.
Overall: a lighter easy drinking sour. pretty tasty though not overly complex and a cool and unique beer from a great brewpub
