"Traditionally, cream ales have used adjuncts such as corn as part of the grist. Ours is no different, we use flaked corn to add a touch of sweetness and rolled oats to accentuate the creamy mouth feel. Herbrucker hops are used mostly for bittering, but also provide a light contribution to the aroma.

On-tap at the brewhouse. They also have bottles of this for sale. 11 IBU's.
A: Served a super pale straw colored yellow with a thin short lived white head.
S: I get some grassy notes along with a few cornflakes.
T: Flavor is that of the flaked corn the beer is brewed with. I also get a touch of grass and earthy spices. Finish reminds me of seltzer water (minerally).
M: Light body with tingly, spritzy carbonation. The mouthfeel has a bit of a chew to it though.
O: Drinkable and refreshing but a bit too fizzy for me to love it. I'll stick to a non-adjunct style of lager if I'm craving something light.
