Appearance: Pours a relatively clear light amber color with a two finger head; some squiggles of lacing
Smell: Rhubarb and wheat bread with a whiff of salt
Taste: Wheat bread and rhubarb forward, though the flavors are relatively subtle; the sea salt arrives, after the swallow and the combined flavors linger
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation
Overall: Interesting use of rhubarb (in season all over Scotland right now) and the sea salt from the brewery's home on the Isle of Skye; the salt makes it rather Gose-like; I warmed up to this beer as the temperature in the glass rose
