An easy drinking wheat ale brewed with German noble hops with a hint of citrus. The distinct flavor comes from the brewing process in which the beer is fermented at higher temperatures before cold conditioning. Overall a decent wheat ale, but probably will not buy again.

Bready, Nutty, Crisp, Citrus
This is quite the style to take on with such a narrow field to land in and yet Covington stays on mark. Crisp and bready, nutty biscuity maltiness with a faint yeasty undertone. It comes off as mild at the start but I slowly begin to pick up on all of the nuances from the hops and wheat. I’d hoped for a bit more clarity, but this one is most certainly easy to knock back. A solid rendition of the style.

Very good local brew, would probably be better on a hot day. Definitely better than the Bayou Bock.
