This beer poured a clear golden, with a decent head pretty beer. The smell was mostly sour and cereal like. The taste was cereal and sourness with a hint of sweetness. The mouthfeel was on the thin side. This is an average drinkable beer, not great on taste, but light enough to go down.

Bottle is in SLU's colors of green and gold. Very interested to see that.
Pours out a slightly hazy orangish copper with a dense head that rests on top throughout the beer in a thin layer.
Smell. Just slightly hoppy. This apa choose not to make the hops a huge part of this beer, rather a compliment to the other characteristics. Decent amount of a sweet grain maltiness. Smells fruity as well with some slight tartness from the hops that is an interesting orange aroma. I also am getting some strawberry as well, interesting.
Taste. I think the malts play the dominant role here, but has a drying effect in the flavor. Fruit flavors are slightly present, reminds me of a strawberry-banana smoothie or fruit drink (really didnt expect that). Again, hops are there, but quite mild. Finishes a touch sweet, and as the beer warms, i get a corriander flavor like from a witbier.
Mouthfeel. Balance is pretty good here, but i wished to have a bit more of a hop bite. Nice amount of carbonation that gives it a slight bite on the tongue on the swallow. Body is medium.
Overall, i am still surprised to see this beer! I'm also surprised where i found it, some hole in the wall bar.... Havent seen it anywhere else. I wish they would have thrown more hops in this one, but i doubt it would sell well down here like that. Quite a drinkable beer, but i'm afraid it does fall short to others in the style.
