NOTE** Drink by date says 10.7.10 So I'm guessing this beer is one month too old.
Ingredients listed: Barely malt, hops, lactic yeast.
A - Flat, almost no head at all, and very little lacing. Color is thin dark clear brown.
S - Yeast has a bit of a funky rawhide Parmesan cheese smell. Horse blanket and sharp cheddar. I think this is due to some creative yeast / bacterial culturing.
T - Mild chocolate malts and stale whole wheat toast. Doesn't taste fresh at all.
M - Flat. warm Dr. Pepper. Some fiz but overall kind of watery.
D - Well this is most likely past it's prime but I don't think that's enough to account for the overall bland boringness of this beer. You can't really justify this level of weak sauce-icity. Stay away.
