Bought a bottle of this from Tanakaya in Mejiro, Tokyo. Poured into a weizen glass. Lots of Citra hops in this amber ale. Beyond matching foods like chicken, tartar sauce, hamburgers, and BBQ well, this beer didn't do much for me as a sipping beer. While it had a decent flavor and presentation all around, I don't think I'll be searching for this Shimane beer again.
