A - Apparent carbonation bubbling up throught the yellow body into a small white head.
S - Rich maltiness, spiceyness
T - Nice bold bitterness balanced by a rich sweet maltiness, very spicy, very zippy, long lasting.
MF - Thick body balanced by the freshness of the alcohol which is well integrated.
D - At first look, I thought I was in for a disappointment, but I was very pleasantly surprised by this rich and lively beer. It is not listed on their website, but this is a true gem.
