A wheat beer served in a straight-walled windowed mug? My, my. Came out a very cloudy greyish gold under a two finger white head that was very creamy, with excellent retention and lacing. The nose was very mild, with some yeast and a touch of coriander. The mouth was clean, fairly flat and light, but the beer was served at room temperature - too warm for this style. There's a decent yeast and spice taste, but all a bit too watery, and too flat. A slightly spicey aftertaste is not enough to overcome the initial disappointment. The brewmaster needs to work on this one a bit.
