Cask stillage / gravity dispense, half, at The City Arms, Cardiff. Brewed with the new NZ hop variety Waimea. Golden colour, very small white head (to none). Moderate aroma, a hint of fruity hops. Well hopped flavour, a little sweetness but still more dry than sweet, some citrus and resin, fairly bitter finish. Quite enjoyable.

On tap at the Apple & Pears TapHouse in Jersey. Pours a amber colour with a thin white head. Aromas of fruit. Tastes of rye, nuts, caramel & fruits. Feels a good balance between the NZ hops, malt & bitterness. One I'd have a second off.

A: Ginger in colour.
T: Hmm, dry, bready and lightly hopped, although the familiar Kiwi hops (juicy berries) are in there. Absolutely nothing more I can say about it.
O: A sound but boring pint.
