Tasted by half pint at the newly-opened pub, Pembury Tavern, in North London.
A: pours a dark amber hue, thin foamy head sustaining quite well, against a low carbonated body.
S: biscuity/toffeeish malts, on top of flowery and honeyish note laced with a little hop resins and tea-ish aroma. Very mild yet attractive.
T: smooth fruity hops and tea-ish (like longan-fruit tea) undertone, supporing a chewy maltiness and malty bitterness... lovely lingering taste of bitterness and sour-sweetness at the back of the palate.
M&D: extremely smooth on the palate and soft, floral/flowery bitter throughout. A good, mild and fruity bitter.
