An ultra smooth wheat beer made with real vanilla beans. Light bodied, crisp flavour and a hint of sweetness. Cool with a fried chicken salad.

This was poured a nice, yeasty/cloudy yellow with a faint head that dissipated quickly. Thankfully not served with a lemon. Good retention.
Sweet and floral tones muffled by vanilla on the nose.
This has a very light, almost sweet flavor, with just a hint of the vanilla that the name implies. They supposedly use real vanilla beans. This one is very popular with the female non-beer geeks in the crowd. Any reason to keep the group within Wharf Rat longer is a good one.
By far not my favorite beer at the rat, but goes down smooth and nice and worth a couple. Would be great on a hot summer day, suprised they don't serve this one at the Yard.

Probably the only "let down" while visiting The Wharf Rat, this one is best left to pub crawl lore. This wheat brew definately offered some legitimate and fresh vanilla in the nose, but to be sure, the mouthfeel was almost too crisp and effervescent and/or astringent on the palate. It never hurts to try, sure, and I will give then an "A" for creativity.
