Pale amber draft pour at the brewery, with tight white foam; excellent clarity. Hoppy lemongrass and grapefruit nose; bursting with fresh Centennial hops aroma. Skunky, earthy hop flavors; very little citrus; dull, flat lite bitter earthy hop finish. Medium lite feel; moderate plus carbonation. Overall a great Nose with the dry hopping, but the Simcoe and Amarillo flavors overpowered the Centennial flavors, for me...pity.
