Pours a half finger of head on a hazy light straw body.
The aroma is mild honey.
The taste is honey with a mild bite of bitterness, lemon zest and pine. Good bitter profile.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
It's a good bitter blonde.

Assuming this was the pint I had at City Tap House in DC. From notes.
A - Hazy golden, two fingers of dense white head, great retention and spotty lace.
S - Nice hop, soapy, grass.
T - Hops are there with a crisp apple and grass character. Biscuity malt, a bit of oxidation or something funky is there too. Not bad.
M - Nice light carbonation, nice cask character, light body, crisp bitterness.
O/D - Not too shabby. That weird off note was probably oxidation, but it wasn't bad overall. A tasty one that went down very easily.

Poured a somewhat dirty blonde appearance w/ nice, airy of some spice and citric but I don't really pick up anything spectacular. Taste is more of the same as I get some floral hop tastes and some sweetness in a very smooth package. An easy to drink summer beer that goes down alright before a meal.

Had this past Thursday, @ Pratt St. Ale House in Baltimore Maryland
Served on tap, in a Oliver Brewing Company pint glass.
Kind of a generic smell, but very good not overpowering however this could be because the entire resturant smells like hops, it hits you as soon as you get in the door and it is overpowring so this could affect beer reviews.
It was an extremely smooth beer, with a hint of citrus but not alot, a very small but biting after taste lowered the overall score for this beer.
I would recommend this beer as it was a nice change of pace from the usual drink.

Shared a pint with a friend at the Pratt Street Ale House.
A: Definately has a light color to it which had the consistent white head stick around a while. Pretty basic.
S: Some hop presence in the nose.
T: There was some tart and bitterness mixed in from some hops to make this a nice refreshing beer.
M: Had a balanced feel - not too creamy but definately not a dry beer either
D: Great summer beer. It was a fantastic selection for us sitting outside and enjoying the summer weather.

This is a Kolsch? Somehow, I just can't imagine the Anglo-centric brewer at Oliver's even trying to make a beer in this style. In any event, it was a very tasty beer, one I quite enjoyed on cask.

In this beer I get some sweet grain, honey and gingerale. It's actually quite nice. The flavors on the palate generally replicate the nose, except the beer finishes with a very pleasant, refreshing, bitterness. The beer is not the least bit heavy or tiring on the palate, and if I had to guess, I'm thinking the abv. is probably in the mid 4% or 5%. Drinkability is terrific, and this beer goes down far too easily. Yet another very nice beer from Oliver brewing.

This is a pint of Oliver's Blonde Ale served at The Wharf Rat. The beer is cool temperature-wise.
Appearance: The ale has a very light, straw-like color. Very pale with no visible sediment. There is a nice head that does not retain itself for long.
Smell: The snappy earthy aroma of Saaz hops take over the nose.
Taste: The hops again add a nice dryness to the beer that is almost tart and very refreshing. From time to time, the spicy pepper of coriander rear's its head, but not too often.
Mouthfeel: The hops are refreshing and make one want to take another sip, always the good sign of a nice beer.
Drinkability: The ale is refreshing and light, very nice for a hot summer day.
