They need to see about combining the Pratt Street Brewery's beers with Oliver's beers because I'm pretty sure they're the exact same thing.
Anyhow, this is more of their strength.
The pour is amber with a medium haze and a decent head. The aroma is of piney hops and caramel malt. Strong, fresh hops, but still much more balanced than most "wet hop" ales.
Tastes great. The build is old school, due to the balance and lack of fruit characters in the hops, but the hops are still super acidic and fresh-tasting.

Transparent copper color with a medium thick light tan head. Good lacing througout. Smell is sweet and honeyish. Some floral and lemon characteristics resides under the sweet honey. Flavor begins with a clover honey lightness. Not too sweet but strong honey characteristic. The depth and body of the beer gives more of an earthy and pale malt flavor. A touch of caramel in the back with the estery floral notes coming through. Light honey flavors maintain themselves throughout. Finish is actually drier than expected with only a hint of honey and more bitterness at the very back. The cask works wonders here providing a medium creamy body where the flavors are all restrained yet come out nicely. Very easily sessionable.
