The Pratt Street Ale House's Bishops's Breakfast, barrel aged and served on cask...
A - Deep brown in color, creamy full khaki head from the cask, nice retention and lacing
S - A belnd of dark roasted malts, nuts, coffee and cocoa. Nice little whiff of oak, but no extra booze like burbon.
M - Like the scent... dark roasted matls, coffee and cocoa. Nice soft oaky flavor. Once again, no booze notes. Nice bit of hops on the back end.
T - Medium bodied with a silky smooth feel due to the barrel aging. Typical cask carbonation.
D - Excellent. The barrel aging does wonders, the cask presentation is top notch. Delicious.
