Had on cask at The Big Hunt. Pours pitch black, no light can pass through. A fizzy off-white head sits on top of the beer, but doesn't last very long, but leaves a ton of lacing on the glass as I drink it.
Smell is Chocolate, roasted malts, prunes, a little sweet.
Taste is little burnt, but in a good way. Toffee, dark malts, some hops, but not dominant. Finish is a good bitter.
Mouthfeel is medium-bodied, dry going down. Pretty nice. Smooth and balanced.
