Copenhagen 8/11 2017. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Simple red and white label. Looking like a bottle of medicine.
Pours clear reddish amber with a thick off-white head. Settles as a thin layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is sourish with sharp hints of smoke. More subdued sweet notes of caramel.
Light carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly weaker bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish and smoky.
Not especially Christmas-like. Nice touch with the smoke.
