FUR BLANC is a French-inspired top-fermented beer. Beautiful light golden with white foam. The aroma is fresh with notes of citrus and lemon. The taste has a good base of malt sweetness, which rounds off nicely in a slightly sour and citrusy finale.

Copenhagen 28/12 2023. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé. fab. F. Pale grey label in Fur's usual design with a foggy grey motif.
Pours unclear, almost opaque yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with som citrus fruit. Sweet wheat malts, orange and white sugar. Hints of butter and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is a tad sugary.
Run of the mill Danish take on a Belgian Wit.
