MOSAIC is the fifth generation in our series of Single Hop Beers.
Here we want to present the pure hop notes found in each hop type.
This American hop type Mosaic is a powerful universal hop that was introduced in 2012. The Mosaic hop variety provides a delicate fruity hop experience with notes of citrus and mango.
MOSAIC is especially good with roasted meat dishes, but can also be enjoyed as is.

Copenhagen 17/5 2022. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Fur's usual label design with some light green crystal in a close-up.
Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles thin patch of foam unable of covering much of anything. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with sourish grains and bit of citric fumes. Caramel and wet cardboard. Dark bread. Whiff of sour grains and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, a bit greasy, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with rather strong sweetness followed by medium strong and a bit rough bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweet Amber Lager with a bit of redeeming bitterness in the aftertaste.
