Copenhagen 5/6 2019. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Furs usual label design with something that looks like hop plantes in a eerie Green light.
Pours hazy, amber orange with a big, dense white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, sweetish with a touch of cooked vegetables. Caramel, stuffy refrigerator. Citric sourness.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, soft yet lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a lighter sweet undercurrent. Fairly short. Semi dry finish.
A little thin but quenches the thirst. And the single hop approach gives a little character and a dry touch.
