Pours clear golden brown with white head. Settles as a thin floating patch foam drifting aimlessly around. No lacing.
Aroma is sweet with honey and caramel with a sharp acidic and bitter notes of unripe berries and grape fruit. Kind of harsh.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a rough bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and slightly metallic.
Drinkable - but this APA does not hit the mark very well.
