Copenhagen 23/8 2015. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. Participant in Kvicklys beer competition Ølvalg 2015 - but it did not win.
Pours hazy amber with a big off-white head. Settles as a 1,5 cm thick layer of foam.
Aroma is of wheat and lemonade mingling with a sour scent and some butter.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is rather sweet. Sweet fruit and wheat and quite buttery. Aftertaste is more sour than bitter.
This brew is probably only brewed for the Ølvalg competition - but I will not miss it.
