A: Pours a black body with a tan head with excellent retention. Holds for the whole beer with nice lacing along the side of the glass.
S: A nice, roasted smell with slight hints of coffee.
T: Great roasted taste with a good roasted aftertaste. Only problem I found was that it started to lose it's roasted flavor about halfway through the beer.
M: Decent mouthfeel, but a little on the light side.
D: Fairly drinkable beer. Easy on the palette and a good taste. I just wish that the roasted taste held for the entire beer, then it would have been an excellent porter.
