Beer is dark amber in colour, with a large beige head. Good retention.
Nose is very malty. Banana sticks out.
The taste contains tonnes and tonnes of banana. Just an enormous banana flavour. Caramel as well, with a general bready flavour. Some clove. Quite sweet. Booze is slightly noticeable, but it helps cut the sweetness a bit.
Full bodied, moderately carbonated. Chewy.
Overall, nice and full flavoured, but overly sweet. Hard to finish for that reason.
