Pint glass from a cask at the brew pub in Montreal. Dark black with a thick nitro like head. Clean sweet aroma with roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and a bit of, maybe, floral notes. Taste of sweet dark malt and flowers up front with coffee and a little cocoa flavor. Really nice stout.

Black with a large tan head that goes nowhere. Smell is very faint. Flavour is very smooth, almost to the point of avoiding flavour. Roast malt, a touch of bitter chocolate. Finish has a pleasantly mild bitterness. Very creamy and soft.
