The P’tit Blanc is a wheat and oat beer to which are added juniper berries and lime zests at the end of the boil. The beer’s hops were selected based on the aromatic properties that would best pair with the juniper berries. Lime juice is added at the end of the fermentation and during maturation to produce a dry and refreshing beer which is perfect for the summer season.

Cloudy dark straw color with lots of floating yeast. Foamy 2 finger head, lasting around 5-10 minutes, with poor legs but good lacing and swirl reaction. Flavors of lime, juniper berries, sweet barley, oat, wheat, clove, caramel, wild yeast, and herbal hops. Smooth, almost silky medium body with moderate crispy carbonation. Strong bitter strength finish, a bit sour and vinous, quite grainy with some straw, dominant barnyard feel with a bit of cheese. Heavily spicy, herbaceous, and tongue coating. All balanced with lots of sugars. A unique feel I haven't tasted before, bold but quite complex, yet a bit too robust for me. The freshness is average though. Even makes a decent appetizer. Overall excellent quality craft.

Cloudy straw in color.
Lots of lime in the nose, a little bit of yeast and wheat also.
Lots of lime in the mouth too, the Juniper berries bring a good sweetness.
Really refreshing and easy to drink.

Bottle: Poured a pale hazy yellow color ale with a small foamy head with some retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of lime juice and wheat malt with light juniper notes is refreshing. Taste is also a mix of light wheat malt with notes of lime zest and light juniper. Body is light with good carbonation. Light refreshing beer with limited complexity but goo refreshing notes.

Beautiful light, light yellow head, very thin but compact. Lots of lime on the nose, maybe a tad too bitter, as in lime peels as opposed to lime so not as refreshing as I would've liked.

Interesting summer beer. Intense lime taste; maybe too strong. Very refreshing thought; will buy again.
