Draft
Appearance – Slightly hazy yellow colour with an average size fizzy and frothy white coloured head. I can't really see the carbonation level and there is some good lacing. The head lasted for around 5 minutes before it was gone.
Smell - Grains, bread, lemons, cloves, floral notes, ginger
Taste & Mouth - The beer has an average amount of carbonation. I can taste breads/grains mixed with cloves and some some lemon. And of course there is a a lot of ginger taste. It doesn't taste artificial in any either.. it actually tastes like freshly peeled and pressed ginger.
Overall – Not something that I'd drink a whole bunch of, but its definitely interesting enough to warrant trying. If you're a fan of ginger, you're going to love this beer.

On tap at the brewpub. I roder this instead of Quintessence X. Why?
Regardless, this is a decent and refreshing wheatbeer from Dieu du Ciel. Hazy yellow body with a well-lacing white head that drops to a film, but has good staying power. Fruity, spicy hop aroma, with lots of coriander and citrus. Restrained ginger in the flavour is tastefully done, and melds well with the coriander and grapefruit, with the spicy hops coming through in a mildly bitter finish. Medium-light mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
It's a very good rendition of the style, but for the addition of the ginger I wouldn't say there was anything remarkable about it. What does impress me, though, is that DDC keep churning out such excellent examples of the styles they attempt.

Well that white beer is quite a normal one, nothing special to brag about it. It has everything to be a good white beer, the aroma, taste and feel. But, you don't feel that usual taste in this white, compared to other, I might even say "its shy", yes a shy white might be the best way to describe it
Probably one of the most popular beer at Dieu du Ciel.
