Dark golden yellow, light carbonation, white sticky head. Aroma is not too strong, mostly floral, yeasty (cookie dough), hoppy, fruity (pears, light apple). It feels pretty spicy on the tongue, brewmaster claims no spices are used the the magic of the yeast. Floral dry finish, orangey, minty hops. Creamy texture, medium bodied. Good take on the style

Beautiful golden blonde with creamy white clingy head.
It was served a bit cold, so I warmed it up with my hands a bit.
Nice coriander smell.
The taste starts off spicy, then the malt makes it presence felt and then the hops finish it off. Very complex. The dry alcohol taste is more pronounced as the Beer warms up.
This is an excellent abbey style tripel and another feather in Dieu du Ciel's cap.

This is a new triple from Dieu Du Ciel. It was a nice deep orange/golden colour with a very large head of white foam that lasted for ages and left nice lacing on the large weizen-style glass that this brew came in. The aroma was slightly spicy and very fruity...almost wit-like at times. The taste was hoppy up front with a nice spiciness in the middle, and a semi-dry fruity finish. The mouthfeel was medium bodied and the drinkability was very good. Nice.
