Had at Novare Res. It's a collab bock with cherry smoked squash, black lemon, some kind of pepper, Roiboos tea and a few other things I can't remember. Sounds like 3 breweries filled up a shopping cart at Whole Foods and dumped it all in the kettle. I can pick up the ginger heat, dry pepper at the end, the vegetal pumpkin beer-like squash but there's just too much stuff. Messy. Some flavors compete, some meld but it's just too unfocused for the likes of humble me.
