Appearance: Cider-like solid gold, with a fluffy, marshmellow white head on top like an "ile flottante".
Smell: Freshly cut grass, with a wheaty, freshly baked bread character.
Taste: Mildly carbonated, for a light style it had plenty of body, the malt was pretty chewy actually. Hops came in more in the aftertaste, in the Beer breath it gave you. I'm not a huge fan of the style, that apparently is quite loosely interpreted with this Beer, still I enjoyed it but quickly moved on to something else.

Tapped a dark straw color...crystal clear with a smallish frothy cap...laced well. Soft carbonation. Aromas of musty earthiness with some apple. Light bodied crisp, malt is nutty-bready, hops do not seem present until the finish where you get a bittering over the biscuity malts....this is a nice brew ..light but is it a Kolsh?
