Had this new selection twice in two weeks, once force carbonated and the other from the cask. This review is the latter.
Appearance: Same nice polished copper color and complexion as the CO2, the head displayed a soapy frailty that nonetheless stayed true all the way to the bottom of my pint.
Smell: The green leaves and herbs just pop out of the glass and hit you right on your schnozzola. This isnt extreme Beer territory, but the aromas are quite potent. If you have hayfever, itll probably make you sneeze.
Taste: The smooth carbonation and mildly subdued malt provides the perfect backdrop for the flowery hop flavors to shine, but again minus the bitterness factor. This Beer would be perfect to initiate people to the joys of lupulin and subtleties of alpha acids without knocking them out with the first sip. The aftertaste is malty and honey sweet. I liked it fine on CO2, but this one was made for cask.

A very thick limpid ruby red with a good foamy head that quicky says hi and runs away very fast.
Smell if hoppy, floral hops, banana and flowers with hints of caramel and malt.
Taste wise, it is quite an experience, I would like to call it a "Hops Juice" it is quite a smooth flat beer with a very hoppy floral taste, which ends up with malty flavors. A tad bit unbalanced.
