Cloudy light gold. Lasting head with blankets of lace between the rings.
Strong raw wheat smell with a touch of banana. Light floral to piney hop smell.
I get lavender on the tongue. The bittering hop is distinctive at the swallow taking this beer out of both the Kölsch and Weiss categories. It is closer to a pale ale with a strong wheat presence.
