A-Copper with a medium off white head. Nice lacing left behind as head reduced the a thinner cap.

S-Very fruity with a bit of sweet malts and a bit of grssiness.

T-What the hell?! Where is this massive watermelon flavour coming from? A very nice surprise to say the least.

M-Medium body with a crazy smoothness.

D-9%, your kidding? I am not sure if they use watermelon in this beer but who cares, it tastes really nice! Happy to down a few pints.

Biere du Mondial 2007, Imperial Cream Ale from Dieu du Ciel!

Pours a clear copper, thick off white head forms, huge lacing, all over the glass, great retention. Smell is nice, sweet, grassy, some pine, fruits, kind of strawberry like, malty finish, nice. Taste is sweet and malty, some caramel, pine and floral, HUGE watermelon flavour, very nice, no alcohol detectable. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation, super smooth, great beer.
