Bottle into Snifter Glass
Look: lightly hazy pale-gold pouring a half-finger head which dissipated into a thin ring with sheeting
Smell: Juicy hops, with lemon lime citrus and fruit punch notes. Hint musty yeast and citric acid
Taste: lightly tart fading to piney hops. Leads to a lemony malt notes that finishes with that carrying through
Feel: light- med body, moderate carbonation, silky texture
Overall: Smells great but taste is nothing special

500ml bottle poured into tulip.
Pours a lovely hazy gold with one thick finger of dirty white head that leaves a rim of Appalachian horizon lace as it recedes.
Smells of lemon juice, underripe orange, apricot, biscuity caramel malt, pineapple and some fresh pine.
Tastes of sour orange, lemon zest, fresh biscuits with apricot jam, some muddled tropical fruit and more mildly dank hops.
Feels soft and mild. Medium bodied with frothy carbonation. Finishes dry.
Verdict: Highly recommended. A really tasty sour IPA.

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy yellow/orangey color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of funky Brett notes with light tropical notes also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of funky Brett notes with light fruity notes and some tropical notes with a tart finish. Body is full enough with good carbonation. Enjoyable thought I was expecting hoppy notes to shine more.
