Tropical, hoppy aromas with passion fruit which dominates the profile of this beer with its sharp acidity and juiciness.

Bottle at Echarle Huevos, served in an IPA high glass. Hazy yellow colour, dense big head that fades slowly and stick to the glass. Good lacing.
Aroma of fruit passion, citrics, peaches , tea leaves.
MEdum body, thick texture, good carbonation. Bitter fnish with a touch of sweetness. Taste is similar to the aroma.
Good.

Bottle: Poured a hazy/cloudy bright orange color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of passion fruit with some floral hops undertones and light tart notes is pleasant. Taste is a nice mix of passion fruit with light residual sugar notes offset by tart notes with some floral hops undertones. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable beer but I would have preferred less tart notes.

A: Pours a super hazy pale yellow color, pure white creamy looking head. Poor retention but decent lacing.
S: Super low smell intensity. What little there is mangoes, tangerines, passion fruit and lime leaves.
T: Medium to low intensity taste too. It's a little dank with juicy mangoes and passion fruit notes, very little bitterness with orange zest. Light malt profile with clean honey. Most of all, this is a juicy summer beer to drink when it's hot outside. Straightforward and good.
M: Light and fluffy which is quite good for what they are going for but somewhat a little stingy too. I would have preferred a fully fluffy carbonation.
O: This is definitely a solid beer for the summer time. Juicy, refreshing and clean.

On tap at Brassierie Dieu du Ciel in Montreal, QC.
This one pours a light orange-amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells subtly of passionfruit, with a slight tartness, with juicy tropical mango, caramel, and grassy hops.
The passionfruit doesn't really come close to overwhelming the beer. The base IPA seems to be firmly West Coast in nature, with a healthy bitterness, and some light sweet maltiness. I think they intended the passionfruit to come through more strongly juicy - but it didn't. Despite that disconnect, the beer is still very tasty.
This is light bodied and clean, with a crisp and dry finish, and a high level of drinkability.
Despite this not quite delivering a full-force passionfruit uppercut, it's still a very tasty beer.
