Growler: Poured a hazy amber color ale. Aroma of strong peat smoke notes with some caramelized malt and light toffee notes with some diode notes also noticeable. Taste is dominated by peat smoked notes with light salty water notes and diode with some caramelized malt and light toffee notes with no residual sugar really showing. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Enjoyable but you have to like peat scotch whiskey.
