Bottle: Poured a reddish color ale with a large pink color foamy head with light retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of tart cherry notes with some funky ester is pleasant. Taste is a good mix of tart cherry notes with some oak and funky ester with no real acidic notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. High level of complexity while retaining some good drinkability.
